Step 4
Specialist review and report
Your case is reviewed by a board-certified veterinary radiologist. Turnaround depends on the urgency of your case:
Verbal STAT: For critical and ICU cases, we provide a real-time verbal report by phone as the study is reviewed, followed by a full written report.
24-hour Urgent: A written report delivered within 24 calendar hours.
Standard: For non-urgent cases, a written report is delivered within two to four business days, often sooner, pending current caseload.
Verbal STAT and 24 hour urgent consultations for clinical cases are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm AEST

What we report on
Radiography (X-ray)
Ultrasound
Abdominal, cardiac, musculoskeletal, cervical and thoracic ultrasonography.
Ultrasound interpretation is most reliable when performed directly by our radiologists. Where studies have been acquired by another clinician, the diagnostic value of our report can be affected by image quality and acquisition technique. We are always happy to review submitted ultrasound studies and will provide the most clinically useful interpretation possible from the images available.
CT
MRI
Fluoroscopy
Nuclear Medicine
Scintigraphy, SPECT/CT and PET/CT reporting, a specialist modality offered by very few teleradiology providers in Australia.
We report on all species, including companion animals, exotics, wildlife, equine and large animals.
